The Tremont Hotel is a four star hotel and located in the east of the chestnut street and is in the north of Michigan avenue which has total of 135 rooms. There are other hotels in the near vicinity and are from two to four stars. There are all types of rooms available in the hotel and can be booked round the clock. The facilities in the rooms are compatible to the standard of the four star hotel. The rooms are airy and spacious.
The general policies of the hotel holds good for all the rooms bur there are few policies limited to few rooms about which one must confirm at the time of booking to avoid embarrassment later. The check in time of the hotel is 1500 hrs and the check out time is 1200 hrs on daily basis. There will be no cancellation charges if the cancellation is done 1day prior to the arrival. At the time of booking the advance of the first night will be taken and incase of no show up that amount will be charged. The capacity of the extra bed and the baby cot is up till one and are made available on the request.
There are no pets allowed in the hotel. The credits cards which are accepted includes the American express, visa, euro/MasterCard, diners club, discover, carte blanche. The hotel management may check the cards before the arrival. The car parking is located in the west of the hotel and allows one parking for each room booked in the hotel.
